By integrating modular structures, cracking polymers into high grade, high cetane, lower sulphur, a cleaner gasoil is possible for industrial uses in major construction and infrastructure sector. Macker Energy Resources’ AGNi program holds a national potential of 21,689 kL/day, with 73 kL/day per operating cluster under a verified pipeline of 42 WISE zones currently in planning.  

AGNI 51 is ideal for cold starts, heavy load stability, providing enhanced combustion & low smoke, without modification or blending. For most generators, AGNI exerts clean burn, low deposit rate.

Scaled to 1200TPD processing cap of WISE Cluster, Plant 4 -AGNi Refinery uses the sorted 90 ton polymers through 3 sets Modular lines, and discharges total gasoil output 73 kiloliter per day. 

Inside the temperature controlled reactor, polymeric material breaks down into pyrolysis gas fractions. Through a heat exchanger, the syngas passes the quencher and condensed down to specified gasoil. Each ton of processed plastic yields approximately 1,000 liters of liquid fuel at around 82 % conversion efficiency.

The accruing non-condensable waste gas then recovered and re-used to heating reactor. Compact, safe modular pyrolisis system:
