Every WISE Cluster operates through dual zones:
Zone A for industrial conversion and Zone B for logistics and transfer.
From its Zone B base, Macker Logistics manages daily movement of over 2,200 tons of municipal feedstock through controlled urban routes—supporting both city-level collection and long-haul delivery to Macker Industries’ facilities.
Its hybrid operation model combines in-house fleets and regional 3PL partners under one digital command framework, maintaining a 95–97 % service reliability rate across all active clusters.
