Internship, Practicum & Apprenticeship Program
Internship placements at MACKER are managed and supervised accross TSU divisions to harness potential and provide opportunities for students to apply their academic knowledge and skills to use, on-the-job training. General short term employment period is effective within 8-10 weeks and placement distributed on rolling basis. All assigned apprentice must undergo 40 hours in-house training and safety induction. Limited financial incentives may be available based on project funding.

The role
Manager Export will work in a fast-paced environment, lead and manage Depot teams to develop wholesale product and deliver quality trade service in timely manner. Manager will review data on FMCGs, ecological footprint production, marketing and promotion strategy, among other essential business development tasks involved in delivering artisanal products for end client groups.
The agile middle manager will oversee project completion from Manufacturer Facility and or Macker PSC Depot Facilities, to global client location, coordinating external 3PL and or freight forwarder partners. He/she will lead a team of Depot Superintendents, Trade Specialist, QA Specialist, QC Analyst, and Accounting administrative assistant.
Main Task & Function
Lead, support and supervise International Trade team.
Develop Project Management processes, supply chain and keep up with updated key export policies briefs on international trades in agriculture, FMCG, industrial goods.
Assign timetable, choreograph and monitor project delivery with 3PL, Customs, Surveyors.

About You
You will be a motivated, resilient, highly adaptive, communicative, experienced manager in international work environment, SOP driven to perform smooth operation, and supply chain experience. You will also have :

Academic background of graduate studies with an interest in Project Management, Logistic, Material Science, Product Design, Information Technology, or Marketing .

Position: Product Start Up Intern
Based in: Yogyakarta
Reports to: Java Depot Manager
The role
PSU Interns will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting the Java Depot team to design and develop creative consumer product using DAB (Data Analytics Board) toolset. They will enter and review data on consumer product design, ecological footprint production, marketing and promotion strategy, among other essential business development tasks involved in publishing creative products for consumers.
The Interns will see how a creative project develops from conceptual canvassing business idea to completion and get practical experience of the inner workings of product design, value creation, process delivery and market intervention.
Main Task & Function
Conduct quantitative research data on natural material, manufacturing/ production processes, local supply chain and related information on e-commerce
Digitalize technical design based on material eco-footprint
Create and compile business processes into DAB database backend
Compile user testing/modelling reports
About You
You will be a motivated, proactive Intern with eagerness to upscale skills and pocket experience. You will also have :
Academic background of undergraduate/post graduate studies with an interest in Material Science, Product Design, Information Technology, or Marketing .
Minimum 3.0 GPA out of 4.0 Scale
Familiarity with MS Office Suite; Power Point, Word, Excel, PHP, search engine.
