Strom: Powered by MER
Zone 1, Plant 2.
MER operates the modular power-generating of Strom, converting thousands of tonnes of waste per day into localized and stable electricity baseload.
At its heart is WISE – Waste Integration & Sustainable Energy, a utility-grade platform engineered to transform municipal and industrial waste into grid-stable power. Through RDF combustion, smart gasification, and biofuel production, WISE enables reliable service in delivering low-emission energy that powers operations accross Industrial Cluster, and critical infrastructure. The platform, a Waste-to-Energy innovation at scale, designed to close the loop between waste recovery and infrastructure-grade power. Pioneering scalable, regional waste conversion systems—reducing landfill dependency, lowering carbon intensity, and powering local multi-sector processing industries from agriculture, food, construction to digital services.

Integration Map – WISE Expansion Platform
Zone 2. ML; Decentralized waste collection and feedstock sent to MI Facility (Plant 1, Zone 1.)
Zone 1. MI; Receive mass transfer, sort, filter, compress and produce RDF.
Zone 1 MER ; Core engine for boilers, pyrolysis (AGNi), and biofuel systems. Clean electricity, biodiesel, synthetic fuel.
Zone 2 MDC; Dedicated green digital infrastructure. Immersion-cooled AI/Data Center.
Zone 2. MCM; Recovers fly ash to manufacture low-cost, pre-cast, U-Ditch structures.
RDF forwarding WtE fits better. Why?
Cleaner fuel improves efficiency; 23% Thermal-Electricity.
Smaller modular plant footprints support rural/urban fringe areas
Better alignment with recycling systems already embedded within WISE Cluster.
Smart Plant Layer:
45 Full Time Employees in Operation
Real-time RDF moisture + calorific tracking
Predictive maintenance and AI-assisted combustion tuning
Waste sorting data feedback to hubs
Emissions and ESG dashboard for BILD compliance
CO₂ offset (vs landfill) 300,000 ton/year (GSI-REC/Voluntary)
Bottom ash usable in construction ~20% of input waste (~150,000 tons/year)
Off-Grid Interface Layer:
Energy output optimization based on-site load
