Sourced from Indonesia’s finest highland farms in Sumatra, Java, and Sulawesi, our Arabica and Robusta coffee beans are handpicked, sun-dried, and expertly processed. Macker & Co ensures full traceability, sustainable farming, and international-grade quality for roasters, importers, and private labels worldwide.
We darkly roast small batch of Arabica green beans of Indonesia's single origins; each brew creates heavy-bodied cup with hints of unique undertones. We've gone Italian on this batch. Sun-dried yellow beans are taken past second crack, where we draw oil off of the rich roasted beans.
This profile is what we want: A shot of a good strong and balanced body, with a variety of tailbone.
Generally speaking, our urban people, millenials and industrial customers enjoy our signature espresso. The intensity of our Italian Roast demands single origin beans that are good-sized (16 minimum) strong enough to hold up, which is why we select only the high-altitude beans for their depth, density, flavors and balanced, complex aromas.
Brew and enjoy !
