This section provides information on registration for Indonesian-based vendors (contractors/suppliers) who are interested in doing business with PT Macker Indonesia Group.
The application procedures, guidelines and requirements are subject to change from time to time

Applications Involving Foreign Companies
There are three ways for a foreign company (PT PMA) to conduct business with Macker Indonesia Group:
1. By appointing a local company as Agent.
2. By forming a local Joint-Venture (JV) company with a local partner.
3. By opening a local branch in Indonesia.
In appointing a local agent, foreign companies are encouraged to select local agent from the existing Macker vendors to ensure that Macker Vendor ID requirements are fully met. In appointing a local JV partner or opening a local branch, foreign companies must comply with the requirements as stipulated by Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
1. Participants who carry out Joint Operations (KSO), the number of KSO members can be limited to a maximum of 5 (five) vendor companies in 1 (one) joint operation
2. Participants who are business entities must have a Business License (NIB)
3. Have a Business Entity Certificate (SBU) with Large Business Qualifications
4. Have Basic Abilities (KD) with a KD value equal to 3 x NPt (Highest experience value in the last 5 years: a) for Medium Business qualifications, work experience according to the required sub-field of SBU classification/service, or
b) for Large Business qualifications, work experience in the required sub-field of SBU classification/services and scope of work
5. Submit recent Factory Audit, Quality Management Certificate, Environmental Management Certificate, and Occupational Safety and Health Certificate
7. Participants are NOT included in the Black List, the participation does not give rise to a conflict of interest of related parties, are not under court supervision, they are not bankrupt, their business activities are not being stopped and/or those acting for and on behalf of the Business Entity are not undergoing criminal sanctions, and the management /employees do NOT have the status of Goverment Apparatus/Political Party Member, unless the person concerned takes leave outside the responsibility of the government/party duty.
8. Must have Taxpayer status information based on the results of the Valid Taxpayer Status Confirmation
