At Macker, we are redefining industrial innovation by transforming waste challenges into long-term, sustainable assets. Macker Meta Industries harnesses cost-efficient waste management technologies to convert residual materials into renewable energy, recycled products, and new revenue streams—all while contributing to environmental stewardship and economic growth.
In collaboration with PT Swasti Agung, Macker has established a joint venture to pioneer the development of Meta Industries—integrated industrial ecosystems that transform waste challenges into sustainable assets.
Macker partners with municipalities and industrial clients to provide tailored solid waste management equipment, including composting systems, waste separators, and biomass converters.
Our solutions prioritize sustainability, cost-efficiency, and ease of operation in diverse environments.
We believe that industrial evolution is built on the principles of circularity and resilience. By integrating advanced resource recovery, waste-to-energy conversion, and recycling processes, create scalable and future-proof infrastructure solutions that:
Enhance Resource Efficiency: Reclaim valuable materials from urban waste streams to drive manufacturing and energy production.
Reduce Environmental Impact: Cut greenhouse gas emissions and minimize landfill dependency by diverting municipal waste into beneficial uses.
Generate Economic Opportunity: Unlock sustainable growth, create high-value job opportunities, and generate returns for our long term investors
Our focus on 80 regencies across Indonesia’s WITA (Central Indonesia Time) zone—spanning key provinces such as North Sulawesi, Bali, West and East Nusa Tenggara, East Kalimantan and some parts of Papua.
By prioritizing areas with high population density, robust waste generation, and favorable logistical frameworks, commendable within proper industrial/commercial zoning, we deploy WISE hubs that are designed to:
Maximize Impact: Concentrate investments in urban clusters with high waste throughput while employing modular, mobile solutions for remote or archipelagic communities.
Drive Innovation: Utilizing pyrolysis, we convert plastic waste into usable fuels, while anaerobic digestion processes organic waste to produce biogas, both contributing to sustainable energy solutions.
Ensure Efficiency: Optimize supply chains and transportation networks through real-time data integration, digital tracking platforms, and strategic partnerships with local governments
Mechanical Recycling
WISE Plant 1.
Manual collecting, sorting, and washing plastics has its limitations.
Although, it’s almost impossible to eliminate the complexities of different kinds of polymer family, fabricated in multilayer packaging, repeated melting degrades polymers, limiting the number of times they can only be recycled.
Your dull and shaded plastic bags, mean your bags have been recyled many times.
Thermochem Conversion
WISE Plant 2.
Major heat transfer process, pyrolysis, high temperatures decomposes polymer chains to make hydrocarbons such as diesel, kerosene, waxes, and naphtha.
Thermal processors are equipped with controlled air emission system through cyclon and scrubber.
Biochemical Treatment
WSE Plant 6
Bio-treatment is essential to break down 60-70% MSW.
Composting organics is processed to an ISO 9000 type quality system assuring a standard procedure with stable high quality yield. 85 % of organic waste can be turned into high quality compost.
BSF Farm. Vermiculture and high protein production with the larvae of the black solder fly work well with household, local market, hotels, and FnB waste. Aeration reduces significant smells and dust, when moisture content is kept above 40%.
Macker WISE: Waste Innovation Systems & Equipment drives transition to 80 decentralized, circular economy with high-impact, fully integrated, meta recycling infrastructure — powered by innovation, employment, and industrial integration, diverting >5 million tons MSW from landfills, and >12 million tons CO₂e in GHG reduction.
Bandung, 2022, under Joint Venture with PT SWASTI Agung, a recycling company which specialized in building and operating polymer industry, small team DevGru tuned up a FEED modular design from 600 to 1200 TPD processing capacity at competitive project cost.
The DevGru further designed seamless, automated operation for future Meta Industries facility; integrated Material Recovery Hub, situated on 5 ha of eco-industrial park zone. The Hub consists of 3 Main Facilities, 6 Plants, and 9 Supply Chain Terminals and Warehouses.
Operating 3 shifts, the industrial-scale, modern campus will process solid waste as feedstock including organic, metal, aluminum, glass, paper, plastic and hazardous material. The feedstock undergoes multistage mechanical, chemical and biological treatment. Excess of solid residuals and liquid effluents are incinerated and discharged properly.
